That's great! Every business needs a tax accountant. We can work with
your CPA firm to ensure that your books are set up in a manner that
they will find easy to work with at the end of the year. That way you
can pay them for their specialist work -- keeping your taxes as low as
they can be. You don't want to be paying CPA rates to have them sort
out your coding problems.
"I hate computers. Don't got. Don't want."
We can come into your office on a regular schedule and process your
transactions on our own laptop computer. You pay a weekly or monthly
figure which is based on the volume of transactions and the reporting
you require.
"I need someone to do my bookkeeping on a regular basis."
We work with competent bookkeepers at reasonable rates who can visit
your office as required to enter your data. We can make a
recommendation of someone we know who will fit into your office
routine.
"I can do my day-to-day processing, but the end of month work has me worried."
You have two options here. We can work with you to produce a set of
procedures that will help to ensure that you are entering information
accurately and appropriately. Alternatively, we can provide a month end
service which may take as little as a few hours that will reconcile
your accounts, highlight any problems, and produce accurate month end
reports that you can count on.
"Month end reports are all well and good, but I don't really understand them (don't tell my tax accountant!!)"
